- Approval of the Minutes from the 2023 annual meeting.
- Receipt of the Annual Report, including the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2023 and the auditors’ report thereon;
- Reports on the publishing and oral history programmes;
- Election of directors for the ensuing year;
- Appoint auditors for the ensuing year and authorize the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration;
- Amendments to Osgoode Society By-Laws and articles: (i) Updated form of By-law No. 1 (ii) Articles of Amendment to be submitted to the Members for approval at the Annual Meeting – available here (iii) AMENDED Set of Members’ Resolutions to be considered at the Annual Meeting regarding the documents referred to in (i) and (ii) above.
